What you will receive from us

  • A fortnightly written report on how your participant is actually going — progress against goals, changes in presentation, and anything you need to act on.
  • Same-day contact when something changes — an incident, a health concern, a maintenance issue, a difficult shift.
  • Progress notes after every shift, available on request at any time.
  • A named service manager for each participant, so you are not routed through a general inbox.
  • Honest capacity answers before we accept — never a yes that unravels three weeks later.
"Every fortnightly update gives me exactly what I need to understand how my participant is really going, not just a box-ticking summary. I've never had to chase them for anything."JM, Support Coordinator
