Changing providers, without the gap
If your current support is not working, you can change providers — and you do not have to work out every step on your own. On the first call we will tell you honestly whether we can staff it. Then we plan the start with you, so support does not fall in a gap.

How the switch works
Most people go from first contact to their first regular shift in about two weeks.
- DAY 0
Tell us what is not working
Call, email or use the form. Naming the service is our job, not yours — just tell us what a day looks like now.
- WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY
We tell you if we can staff it
A service manager calls back, checks whether we can staff it in your area, and tells you honestly — before you give notice anywhere.
- BEFORE YOU GIVE NOTICE
Check your current agreement
Your service agreement with your current provider usually sets out the notice period. Knowing your end date lets us line up the start date.
- DAYS 2–10
We meet, plan and match
We meet you, write the care plan together, agree the roster and start date, and match you with workers who suit you.
- USUALLY WITHIN 2 WEEKS
Support starts
You meet your workers before regular shifts begin. If the match is not right, tell us and we will change it — you do not need to give a reason.
What helps the handover
- Your current routine — what a good day and a hard day look like
- Any care plan or behaviour support plan you already have
- Your plan details — management type, funded lines and plan end date
- What has not worked, so we do not repeat it
- Anything about workers that matters to you — gender, language, interests, communication style
It costs nothing to ask
Enquiries, phone advice and help understanding the NDIS are free, whether or not you end up using our workers.
Any plan type
We work with agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed plans. If you are not sure which yours is, we can help you work it out.
For support coordinators
Moving a participant from another provider? Send the referral with the roster shape, and tell us whether the roster will be shared with the current provider during the changeover.
Four things we hold ourselves to
Ask us about any of them on the first call.
We do not overpromise
If we cannot staff it safely, we say so on the first call — rather than saying yes and letting the roster fail later.
The same workers, week after week
We match on routine, communication style and preference — and keep that team together, so trust has time to build.
Workers who are prepared, not just available
Face-to-face induction, care plans read before the first shift, and ongoing training with a clinical lead behind it.
You hear from us when things change
Progress notes after every shift, fortnightly reporting to coordinators, and a call the same day when something goes wrong.
Ready to talk it through?
Call or send a referral. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you on the first call and point you elsewhere.
